Identify Gill and the audio version
Gill and Bozur are dialogue contacts encountered around the game's trading and progression systems. A character appearing in a conversation establishes who is speaking in the scene; it does not establish who performed that voice.

The relevant distinction is the spoken audio language. English and Russian have full audio, while other supported languages use localized text and subtitles. A subtitle language therefore does not identify the performer you are hearing.
What would establish the actor
